Privacy Policy

This page explains what PLAY TERMINAL PC CLUB does with the information you give us when you book a desk or get in touch. We keep it short because we keep the data short. The venue collects only what it needs to hold a station for you and to run the floor.
What we collect
When you use the booking form, we receive the name, email, date, desk type and session length you enter. That is the whole list. We do not ask for payment details through the site, and we do not build profiles of what you play while you are here.
Why we hold it
We use your booking details to reserve the right desk at the right time, to reach you if a session needs to change, and to keep a simple record of who booked what. Nothing you submit is sold, rented or handed to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Booking records live only as long as they are useful for running the club and settling any questions about a visit. After that they are cleared. If you would like your details removed sooner, ask a staff member and we will take care of it.
Cookies
This site uses only the essentials. We load web fonts from Google Fonts so the page reads the way it should; that request may set a technical cookie on the font service. Beyond that, we do not run advertising trackers, pixels or analytics that follow you around. Your browser settings can block cookies if you prefer, and the site will still work.
Who can see your data
Only the people running the club see your booking details, and only to do their job. We do not share them with third parties for marketing. If the law ever required disclosure, we would limit it to exactly what is asked for.
Changes and questions
If this policy changes, the updated date above will move and the new version will sit here. For anything you want to ask, correct or delete, speak to the front desk on your next visit and we will sort it in person.
Your rights under data-protection law
This club operates in Argentina, so the personal details you share are handled under the Personal Data Protection Act (Ley N.º 25.326 de Protección de los Datos Personales) and its regulations. You may ask to access the booking details we hold about you, free of charge at reasonable intervals, and to have them updated, corrected or removed. We keep your booking data only as long as it is useful for running the floor. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can contact the Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, AAIP, argentina.gob.ar/aaip), the national data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, speak to the desk or reply to a booking email.
